Editing Portraits CDF File?

I have the portraits.iff file edited, but I don't know how to edit the CDF. Can anyone help?
Been on the thinnest of ice and I turned myself into Gretzky.
2K13-2K20 modder.

afaik, you don't need to edit the cdf files.

So if it still doesn't work (even though it has been overwritten)...
