question about I.Q. stats in a player

got curios on what points do I need to increase in order to get the A+ or A of I.Q in a player?.. coz I have a player that is 88 stats but he only had a B+ I.Q while I had a random player which only had 78 rating but had a A- I.Q. ..
any Idea what stats do you need to increase and decrease in order to get higher/lower I.Q?.. does the I.Q slot appeared in Vl@d reditor?
