Postby woozy8123 on Mon Jan 27, 2014 9:34 pm

I'm having an issue with my game, I'm having a low FPS around 20-25. Here are my specs:
Intel Pentium 3RD Gen 3.0Ghz Dual Core
4GB RAM
Nvidia GeFore 210 (2GB)
500GB HDD

Here are my settings:
Reso: 1024x720
Vsync OFF
Anti Aliasing OFF
Crowd Low
Player High
Texture High
Depth On
Reflection On

You need to shell about 70 to 100 $ to player on max with your resolution, also the CPU is not helping but its enough!?

The CPU is the weakness. Turn down the players.

I assume this is a laptop?

The CPU is crap, But not the main problem, The problem is the Walmart bargain bin GPU, It's both over 4 years old, And was already bottom of the barrel when you bought it.

This is what he has: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814130586

This is what you would need to max it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814121633

A good video on why you shouldn't buy the cheapest GPU you can: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sph6cjJeRdI

Hi,

Could you also provide me with some tips (if any) on how to improve fps on my game without having to lower the quality? I'm currently running on almost the lowest possible settings (reflections off, crowd detail lowest, player low, detail setting highest) and I'm getting a decent fps enough for a "quite smooth" gameplay. However, if I max all the settings, the game gets laggy. Here are the specs of my PC:

AMD Athlon X2 255 3.0 GHz
2GB RAM
Powercolor Radeon HD5670 1GB
Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

Thanks!
