NBA 2k14 - Editing MyCareer Roster

Is there any opportunity to edit the rosters in MyCareer mode? For example, I want to change the attributes of different other players in this mode.

It can be done with RED MC, with the appropriate licence. Please see the RED MC stickied thread in the Releases section for more information.
