How to cheat again with +5 trainer

Hi all, sorry for my English but I'm Italian..anyway I have a problem: I downloaded a trainer +5 for nba 2k14 with a tunedata.iff included..the first time I tried to use the trainer is gone everthing right but yesterday I restored the original tunedata and the game is now in "normal" mode..today I wanted to use the trainer again so I put the tunedata.iff instead of the original one but I cannot use the cheat anymore..In particular all cheats works great but my abilities are in "normal" mode so when I try to steal balls it's almost always foul, if I shoot I don't score..
So I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but the problem is always there..what I can do?
