Roster Editing

Hi i would like to know how to edit rosters by player's skills with RED MC. The problem is I cannot find a tutorial on how to do so. I browsed Jaosming's youtube tutorials and so far I haven't seen one.

Read the MANUAL. It's all in the book.

I've read it and I know now. Anyway, I didn't saw on the manual that it can create teams, if it does, how?
