How do you get selected in the 3 point shootout???

Well, first you have to train. chances are by now you have been training to play basketball since you were 2-3. now all you have to do is do amazing in highschool, go to college, be an all-american, get drafted, and perfect the 3 pointer. then, and only then, wil you be in the 3 point contest. be the ball kristian, be the ball.

oh you meen 2k! i think your 3pt has to be at a certain number. cheers

I did it by leading the league in 3PM. I think you have to be in the top 5 in three pointers made to qualify.
