How do I make the jersey shine?

How do I make some parts of the jersey shine? Some years ago I just had paint the areas dark grey, but it doesn't work this year.

use a shiny uniform as a base, bucks retro comes to mind

Oh, this means I can't make a shiny jersey on other iff files(lie euroleague ones),right?

I imported uniform textures (the normal ones, not the green ones) without an alpha mask and they ended up shiny in game.
