A call for help...I need UBR latest version backup

I grew up with this mod, I loved playing it always. Now, the site's down and as I've heard HAWK23 has taken it down due to personal reasons. Such a legendary mod can't be found anymore.
Whoever can help me with this, I'd be forever grateful.
