[HELP] -SOLVED- NBA 2K14 HOW TO EDIT UNIFORM TIGHTNESS

Hello guys!
Does anyone of you know how to edit uniform?

What I mean is to have tighter jersey and shorter shorts such as 70's-80's-90's NBA uniforms.

I remember there was a nice tool for NBA 2K13 that let you edit short lenght and jersey as well.
It was a really simple tool with 4 options (don't remember well just uniform lenght/quarter minute/ingame speed or something similar)

Anyone knows how to?

I have realize that:
in order to modify the uniforms in NBA 2K14 like classic uniforms I did this.

Game: NBA 2K14
