Fictional amateur league

I remeber that little while ago, probably JaoSming made fictional league mod. He used fictional CF's, 2k staff CF's and Hidden CF's. Is there anyone who would like to help me creating something like that for 2k13? I could convert 2k11 and 2k12 cyberfaces, work on logos, jerseys and any graphics. But I can't make roster as I don't have reditor full version and I'm tottaly lame in rosters.
