^ nice, yea when you edit the bottom half of the face, you can see how structured his jawline is, it's nice and sharp when you do that.... and when you fix the bags underneath his eyes.... then it will look a lot better....

In game J.R. looks awesome bro, good job. I'm glad someone finally changed his head shape cuz the default one was enormous. I planned to change it myself but I'm still learning to use Blender. The head shape for yours is *slightly* off but still vast improvement from regular version.

EDIT: Okay so I actually edited the head shape and headband and it looks great in Blender...



I re-imported it back into the .iff using the 3DM Mod tool


But then when I go to the game his head is missing and there's only a very small 3D object floating where the head should be (see 2nd pic)



Do you have any idea what I may have done wrong and how to correct it?
