i think you should ask this question in urb 2k14... more users are still at 2k14 mod (including me again).

I haven't transferred the edits to 2k14 yet.

Do you just need screenshots of the gamestats after playing some games or what is neccessary to help you?

Both stats and gameplay reviews. I mainly want to know what the experience feels like when you play it, preferably over several games. Maybe start a playoff series and post reviews and stats of each game then give a series review if possible?

Playing against the Spurs I normally struggle against guys like Manu Ginobili and Michael Finley. But not this time. They were no danger (11/4/7 for Manu Ginobili doesn't sound bad but during the game he wasn't a problem). Instead of this the Spurs searched Tim Duncan in the offense - with success (32 points). There was no chance defending him. He dribbled me out, more than a normal big man. I noticed, that the spurs took only a few threepointers during the whole game: 4 in total, but one of them was a buzzer beater. That's not very much. (I took only six as well, but compared to the Spurs I didn't have guys like Brent Barry, Manu Ginobili and Michael Finley in my lineup). I had a lot of steals with my point guards Speedy Claxton and Chris Paul (six together, 13 in total) mostly against Tony Parker bringing the ball up. All in all I can say: I had too much steals and the Spurs didn't take enough threepointers.

Again only four threeepointers tried for the opponent team. During the first two quarters I thought that I'm not able to block shots allthough I have guys like Yao Ming and Dikembe Mutombo in the roster. But in the second half the team started to block shots, not only Yao Ming, also Tracy McGrady and Juwan Howard. So in the end I had 15 blocks in total (seven for Yao Ming), that's too much. It was a surprise that Pau Gasol had only three rebounds, but Shane Battier had nine. With my bad work on the glass during the third quarter I lost tight with a two point differention.

What sliders are you using? I STRONGLY recommend the sliders that Sko uploaded with the roster files. 15 blocks (!?!?!?!?!?!) in 7 minute quarters is INSANE.

I use the Final URB Sliders from the patch...

The sliders made for this mod aren't designed for hall of fame mode or 7 minute quarters, they are made for all star mode and 12 minute quarters. You should try the settings file uploaded with the project without changing them for at least 3-4 games. After that, minor tweaks may be in order but going from 12 minute quarters to 7 and going from hall of fame level to all star produce major changes in gameplay, not minor ones.

I also noticed that against SAS and 100% of your points were in the paint. Is your playing style to attempt on ball steals frequently and to force your way into the paint on every possession? In the second game, I think I remember 70 out of the 90 or so points for each team being in the paint. Did you change any sliders or just the difficulty and quarter length? Those results are WAY different than anything I have ever seen with these rosters.

I often play Superstar, not Hall of Fame. But 12 Minutes? I think that's way too much? I mean with 7-9 minutes I am geting realistic results between 80 and 110 points. With 12 minutes the teams would score maybe 130 points every time?

I didn't change anything between game 1 SAS and game 1 Houston. I played the next games (see below) on superstar, again 7 minutes. For the future I use the original Final URB settings with Allstar and 12 minutes.

I think I have a fast playing style. That's the reason why I am afraid of playing with 12 minutes per quarter. Points in the paint? Depending on the team. A few weeks ago, I played a season with the Suns and shot very often from downtown with guys like James Jones, Raja Bell, Steve Nash, Leandro Barbosa and so on (every one with A+/A/A- rating form outside). But with this Hornets teams for example I always tried to get to the basket. But all in all it's very typical for me to get a lot of points in the paint, I do not really have a midrange game. Compared to that my opponents score a lot from the midrange area. Also typical for me is the weakness grabbing boards. Using the keyboard I'm also limited in my moves I think.

It was very easy to get to the basket with Chris Paul, again maybe to much steals. The Spurs used the midrange jumper a lot, during the fastbreaks as well.

I realised, that thre shots from shortrange worked well. I mean do you know the situation when you for example want to make a dunk or lay up, but the player makes a normal shot? However, sometimes it's hard to hit theese shot allthough you are very close to the basket. This time it worked well.

The key for me was to search Yao under the basket. He hit every shot: first miss after 16 made shots! The Hookshot worked well. Memphis' plan was also using their big men. The Grizzlied did a good job driving to the basket and passing to a big men in the last second before getting blocked.

So next time I use your sliders with 12 minutes and allstar.
