off. rebounds belongs to CPU as well as steals.
in Hall of Fame level the CPU has a lot of steals and off. rebounds to make the game tough.
it's not possible to fix that.

slimm answered already but i forgot to mention in last release description about slimm update for 2017 roster, slimm can you post something about your last improvements?
btw. after last updates imo, 2k13 changed a lot, 2k13 cpu offensive game is much more agressive, attack the basket is much better, pressure on defense is better than 2k14 right now. I literally love it.
People were wrong 3years ago about advantage of 2k14 over 2k13 and most of them are still wrong.

1. Freelance offense. Isolation, post ups, and PNR happen in freelance. In 14, the cpu offense is TURRIBLE if the play breaks down because only post ups can occur in freelance (and they are rare).
2. 13 has MANY more working plays. No plays work in 14 where the first pass is an entry pass to the high post which ruins Horns plays.
3. 13 takes advantage of mismatches in the freelance situations.
4. In 13, the mid range game is much more active.
5. In 13, the cpu offense is generally more aggressive imo.

All issues are for the CPU AI.
Catch and Shoot - Defense plays so tight that it breaks plays where the player with this sig skill is supposed to catch a pass that doesn't result in a shot.
Deadeye - Same issue.
Corner Specialist - Same issue.
Post Proficiency - Doesn't necessarily break the game but it influences players to use post moves even if they have 0 in those tendencies.
PNR Maestro - I'm pretty sure this makes the ball handler always pass out but I can't remember clearly.
Post playmaker - Makes the issue with post players who have possession of the ball and pass out too often even worse.
Dimer - I think this makes the ball handler pass out too quickly/often like PNR Maestro but I can't remember clearly.
Flashy Passer - WAY too many flashy passes with this. Doesn't break gameplay but it makes gameplay considerably less realistic.
There are also several others that I don't like based on how they influence gameplay and refuse to use in my rosters. Like flashy passer, they don't break gameplay, but the way they influence gameplay is ridiculous to me.
