Well yes of course you are right RapboY, I don't use sculpt very much but I don't create any faces either just convert. However my point was although very poorly made was you can't do crap in object mode and expect it to export and look the same. Object mode you move all kinds of stuff around and nothing will stick.

As far as removing beards and such I usually just scale them down and bury the offending part in his throat
