quick question for someone like you whos around the pc version allot, i played the console version for 300+ 8 min quarters and am very familiar with the game play but i feel as the pc version is a little quirky and the fluidity is that of a unfinshed game. I feel like around the rim and and shooting the frames drop or something causing the players to look as there moving at 1.2x the speed or something its hard to explain anyways im on a 3930k and a gtx 680 so my hardware cant be the problem are there any in game settings or nvidia control panel setting to better improve my overall experience? thank you.

But ratings are.....so amazing non accurate. From 76ers to LAL only 50% of players are spot on, but from DAL to WAS every created player got almost the same ratings. IT WILL BE HUGE WORK TO DO.
I finished bios, all players with drafts picks assign, all rotations, jerseys,courts, potential,tedencies ,sigs shots, layups fixed and updated but ratings are killin me. My morale are low lvl now

but why did you switch to 2001/2002 before 97/98 and 98/99? i thought you would be finishing and releasing them first because it seemed to me that there is not much work left on those.

Me and portlandblazer decided to work deeper on 97/98 same as final version for 92/93. Generally both retromans rosters are great because of many cfs but way off with ratings, sigs for 90% of players and this take 90% time of every roster makin. I think 01/02 will be released together with 97/98.
98/99 by Rayshoops is still in production it will be release soon i think, but for now it wont be compatible with URB project.

URB 2010 V2? Cant be.
Checked, there is assigned simple away jersey for Bulls, file named ua003, so it looks like u dont have ua003 file which is original on NBA 2k13. Check your game folder, u must delete this file. Still strange in others rosters you see Bulls away jersey.

u're right, ua003 is missing.
it's my original game folder, and i use Generic Mod Enabler since few days.
I dunno what happens to this file, sorry for inconvenience.

Guys how much Jordan from 01/02 i can give? Overall, i know overall means nothing but it will be some limit i can reach, from my ratings sets it look like 81 is the biggest value i can give him. Whats your opinions? Please be realistic in your opinion, it is 38years old Jordan. Next best player will be Hamilton with 79/80 overall.
btw. when i look at the stats and this poor team he shud get at least 85. I dont know.
