I plan to buy some functions including Modder's Interfaces, Arenas, Teams, Staff,Jerseys. I am not skilled in making rosters like you, but I am interested in playing retro mods. That is why I am still playing 2k12.

the main problems with retro roster is to assign correct jerseys and courts to the teams, so u dont have to be some kind of pro roster patcher. so if u want to help with retro roster you just need to put correct values of court/jersey in correct tab. i will send you list of everything so it will be easy like 2+2=4 and you will always be first and test my roster.
