The Run Plays address would be most helpful for MYCareer.

Isn't there a "Run Plays" - option already?

I haven't tried it with NBA 2k13, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as in 2k12. All you have to do is put in the position you want to be drafted at BEFORE you start MyCareer, then freeze the value, play the Rookie Showcase and that should do it.

RedPhazon8, just freeze the values before you enter MyCareer, and once you're in MyCareer, save. I don't think you'll ever need to use CE again for that, except if you decide to carry over some other sliders from the Main Menu to your MyCareer. But once you've entered MyCareer with frozen sliders, and saved, you should be okay to unfreeze them and not worry about CE.

But I'll add "Freeze Sliders" to the Workaround tool. As I've said, just keep the suggestions coming, and any trainer-like features that are legitimate workarounds, I'll put in the tool.

Just don't ask me to put a "Make all my ratings 99" button in there.

Alright, that sounds good, it will make MyCareer more fun now that I can get my sliders to carry over.

what i need currently is an address to change OTHER players positions in MyCareer.
simply thinking about it, idk if it would be possible in said game mode.
but my issue is i play with the cavs with one of my Players, and all 3 of the
Careers iv played thru so far, CP3 constantly ends up on the cavs just kicking
Irving off to the side for 4-5 years. i want a way to either move one of them to the 2
or to get paul traded in some way.

Note - trying to get him traded thru the GM isnt working. my first attempts failed
because i had no pull, now it seems to be working for me but hes not being
traded. i dont think the logic in the whole force GM to trade another player is
working correctly in the vanilla version of the game. i tried getting Nash and Gasol
traded in my other career after signing jennings and trading for one of the computer made rookies.
both situations gave me the same dialog. something about the situation being resolved via
trade and obviously i wont be the one moved. yet it never happened with those either.

long story a lil less long, though. i need to find something to do with Chris Paul.
can anyone give me some type of solution?

i tried it though, trying to skip the last game and make sure i got MVP, and it didnt seem to work for me.


edit - i actually decided to find the values myself, and it was just as easy as
i thought it to be with these particular values. that being said, i dont know
if its static, or however you wanna put it. im not saying the value changes
in ur game, but i dont think the value is the same for everyone.
either way, i took a second and found the value for points and steals,
would have done assists and rebounds really quick but i got bored.

you can take them and try, if they dont work for you then we know
everyone has a different value for game stats.

one more thing to note, changing these values WILL NOT effect
ur career at all outside of the current game. i upped my points to
500 in the game to pad my PPG stat and it gave me the record to points
in a game and so on, yet the points ARE NOT added to ur numbers.
ur playercard reflects what you really did, not the edited values.

the in game my player stats seem to give the stats to a random player each game. i guess it's not constant?

The In game stats seem to work for specific positions, the ones on the table now are for the starting SG on the home team. I am making one more update that will add all 5 starters for both teams. The update will be up tomorrow evening.

can you add a skin tone option i keep getting black legs when putting a cf in my career with te trainer and i think that would let me fix it

the stats dont stay though. editing the in game stats is only good for that game.
so the only use for them is completing single game milestones or, with some research,
simply wining THAT game. im questionable on that though because, like with the score
editing on 2k12, the score reverts to normal. if you up ur points then it ups the team score.
thats to be expected but in 2k12 it reverted with the next basket. the score DOES stick in 2k13
if you edit ur points but mine reverted when i was subbed out in the 4th. so i think if you edit your
points, verses the teams points ala 2k12 , and stay on the floor then it might be a workaround for
winning games. this is of course helpful in the playoffs, but besides that and the milestones
as mentioned i dont think in game stat editing will do any good in 2k13.


we need someone to find the values for career numbers. i suppose it could be singled out
by simply searching for whatever stat value you want to edit and then simming to a key game
and searching again. im about to try it and see if i have any luck, if not then someone more
advanced will have to give it a try.

btw, if in game stat editings values are by position, or more likely number in rotation,
then the 2 values i posted above are for small forward, but i do believe i removed myself
from the starting lineup in that particular game so i dont know what number in rotation i was.
id figure i was 7th though, given i usually set my minutes to 15 when i dont wanna start.

sorry to say, but that sounds like the black arm bug from 2k12, which is a texture issue, not a skin tone issue.
my advice is to wait for an update from 2k and see if whatever it may be is fixed on there part.

nah its not a bug cause its not that black its just slightly black like its off by one tone and the trainers not translated either and i cant seem to find the skin tone option and once i change the cf id i lose the skin tone option in edit player im sure once its translated or another version of a trainer comes out it will be fine but if i can get a skin tone option in the cheat table im pretty sure i can fix it theres already a height and weight option so why not skin tone

yea ur right, i was just thinking about that myself. the whole thing with 2k12 and the black arm bug
was they hadnt included the rookie arms to go with the CF's. i failed to put that together myself,
but i am aware that the legs are default and dont change.. so ehh, where is this trainer?
ill mess around with it a bit and see what i can find, it might be helpful to me anyway.

its in release and preview its called like turbo trainer or something youll see it its says trainer chinese if you figure it out let me kno but im pretty positive with a skin tone option it could be fixed easily but from what i see on the trainer there is like no skin tone option on the screen for placing height weight and cf ids cause in skin tone theres only 6 you can choose from and every option on that screen go higher then 6 an theres one that only go to 3 and ive noticed when playing with that one my game crashed so idk but im almost 100 percent i could fix it with a skin tone option in the cheat table

from what i can gather, it seems more difficult to change things about other players like your teammates in MyCareer mode, yes?
What I did last year was use the ChineseProgram to make a teammate the MyPlayer I control, edit, and change back. guess i'm gonna have to wait.
and unless I can find the address of the specific spot order # of all 12 guys, again changing the rotation minutes of other players seem hopeless, as changing 1 guy's minutes eventually effects all other players.

Every time you get sent to the bench your stats return to normal, the stats will carry over if you change them after the 4th quarter buzzer goes off.

Any way to call plays from a position other than PG? I'd like to at least be able to call defensive plays from my SG position.

I'm playing 6'3 PG/sg drafted by Philly, and I don't mind when they playing as a SG half the time, but when they put me in at SF and i'm guarding 6'8+ guys like Durant, it gets a lil annoying.
