is there any way i can mod an anime or gta character into any NBA 2k game

I imagine it could be done, with patience and the right expertise. People have made cartoon characters, superhero mods, and the like. I don't make those kind of mods so I can't provide specific steps, but it would require a lot of custom textures and model editing to achieve.
