Whats up guys,
I just uploaded a small tool I made which can help convert RGB values to the decimal shader values (0.0-1). For any of you doing HEX editing, for example with Leftos' Hex on Steroids, the color values are shown in a fractional form. This tool will convert back and forth between the two. I also included a simple color picker built right in to the tool.
I know how long of a process HEX editing can be so hopefully this can help in a small way.

Added to the original post, it's funny cause I had even copied the url and then I forgot to include it in the post. Chalk that one up to sleep deprivation.
I tested the program on 2 different PC's but please post here if there are any issues.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm still getting my bearings with programming so hopefully I'll be able to help out the community more as I start understanding more complex programming concepts.
