With that, I would also like to contribute despite my limited knowledge about modding.
This is my very first crack at it so please bear with me.
This is a Fictional Court for the Sacramento Kings based on the current floor.
I did just tweak the Center Logo. I also changed the arena name from Sleep Train Arena to Qualcomm Center just to make it more appealing. Besides, the Kings have new ownership group at helm and a member of that I believe is the owner of Qualcomm. So that's the reason for that.

You know the drill. Unrar the files, copy the Floor File (fxxx.iff) to the NBA 2k13 Main Folder.
Be sure not to be lazy enough to backup original files
