Jarus I tried to do this a few times last night before bed and could not get it to work, I will try again in a hour or so, need to run out for a bit. I assume you wanted the model and texture converted? Actually the model looks unchanged in Mod Tool to me. I have not loaded 2K11 in ages so he might look different in game, I don't recall.

if you got the process down to make it easy, if at some point you could do the 2K11 celebrities that would be awesome. No rush or anything or need to do it if you don't want to

Jarus I think I finally got LBJ converted, need to check him to be sure and take a screen grab but he should be posted later tonight.

JaoSming Well it seems like converting from 2K11 to 13 is a huge pain in the ass. Hair is very difficult and sometimes near impossible and the 4 mouth sections do not seem to work on 20 or so attempts. But I think I got at least one done so far. I will check him and post later tonight. Name of "Promise" showing my age here but who the hell is Promise?

kc2135 I assume you want Jason Collins hair? In order to do that I need a face to base him on as hair can not be converted easily, if you can find a player in 2K13 with hair you can live with I may be able to convert him using that hair. I may be able to use AI's face but I think he had cornrows and I am not sure J Collins did.

I think Collins had cornrows in 2k11 either way they don't have to be 3d they can have that painted on look that shouldn't effect his head shape

kc2135 I got him converted but I did not use the texture you posted because I was unsure if it was something you had done or someone else and the rules state you must ask permission before using anyone's work. In any case you can import it yourself without problems.

Ruckzell17 I have only messed with courts a tiny bit but from what I have read converting them does work but the Red sig in the floor you can't do at this time.

The face I put on him was the 2K11 default face. It is not the same as the one you uploaded. Use 3DM MOD not NBA 2K12 ModTool to import the face.

kc2135 Sorry, not really. Although I run a dual boot PC I rarely even boot into Win 7 so I have never tried to do any work there.

i dont know if you found this out, but lbj has a huge problem when you assign him his headband... it has some holes, it's thick and it is out of position... and in game his face is very shadowed, (splitter like)

Damn, him again, that conversion has been nothing but a pain from day one. I will try to take a look at him sometime today.

I think I have him fixed now, try him again......
