This is a combination of three great pieces of work from the community.
RayRay34's Historic Rosters & Best of the 2000's combined into a single roster.
DukeW74's Black Arm Fixes, which you can download a large All-in-One download Here.
And the Ultimate Base Roster 2K12's courts, via permission from HAWK23. So thank you to Francis27nba, Retroman, Suirad, RayHoops, Byczek, MythBuster, & Tha King.

I then checked each player and compared it to the hidden CFs on the disc that DukeW74 has updated.

Finally, I took a look at the UBR and looked for floors and logo files for those teams.

this does replace the NBA teams, so no it is not like UBR which added teams.

Unfortunately there is the very weird workaround you need to do to make this roster work. You have to load a roster first, start either a quick game or a practice freestyle, quit, then load the real roster. I can't seem to get this roster to work otherwise. Just an FYI.

I thought in the past that the Ultimate Base Roster won't be re-produce in future NBA 2K games, but i assume that Hawk (even denying such information) can be open to a later talk about it, as Reditor comes out, btw it's just around the corner.

If Hawk continues to deny on developing this, i think he'll sure let others use our work down the UBR, WHY NOT?

My old squads are open source, and if this community (2K13 fellows) join together, we can have the Ultimate Base Roster, or at least something that seems like it in the early future.

Gigabyte started he's own dream roster, and we have guys working on similar all time projects spread around the forum.
Yes, it's possible to group these type of guys together, but not forgeting that it's not easy at all. Worth at least a good try for me!

i only added the logo####.iff files, I did not go all out and add logos to the iff/cdf files as well.

hey jaosming i think it would be so much fun to just unlock the allstar teams, rookie and sophomore teams on the 84 team roster, instead of a separate roster. i would love to see that and btw, loving your work

unlocking the teams would do nothing as the players that make them up were overwritten for the additional legendary players. There is only so much space in the roster


BTW, Association Mode, Season Mode, and MyCAREER does NOT work with this roster.
