Issue from multiple devices

Andrew,

I'm connected on NSLC from work, mobile and home. And my session is often disconnected from my differents devices and browsers (chrome, brave).
Perhaps an issue with cookies ? Are you aware from this kind of problem ?

Nothing's changed this end recently and I'm not experiencing anything like that myself. Are you having to log in every single visit, or is more multiple times per week/month?

Not every time but at least one time on each device per week.

I always use the new posts link and I have to sign in again on my mobile phone occasionally. there were times when it got pretty bad though and I had to do it quite often.

Which extensions/plugins do you have installed? Still can't find anything. How long has it been going on? As I said, nothing's changed recently, or indeed, basically since we moved to a new host in 2016.

On mobile, just Brave, no plugin.
On home and work computer (still loggued on this one), Chrome + adblock+

Definitely shouldn't have any interference from that. Anything else that comes to mind let me know, and I'll keep looking from my end as well.

OK, I get that it's happening, and to at least two people. :)

Unfortunately, it's not really pointing me in the right direction, and I can't reproduce the error myself. As I said, nothing has changed recently from our end. I can't see anything that I can fix.

Okay again on mobile.
I just post for recording the dates.

It seems to happens when nlsc is slow or unreachable.

Noting the dates doesn't really help unfortunately. As I said, I haven't been able to reproduce the error or see what could be causing it. Server isn't reporting any downtime, either.

Well, I have to logon two times this week-end.
Each time, it took a very long time to access NSLC, it seems that crashes the cookie or something like that.

Timeouts happen quite often, from differents devices and differents ISP.
