Quotes and Images Problem

I don't know if I posted this in the right forum but anyways, I wanted to include images in my quotes like what Vespasian did here. or like what shadowgrin did here.

Aynone know how to do that? Because when I put my image's BBCode in the quote, it just shows "[[image]]"
