A question about customizing your post

Is there a way to hyperlink an image to another webpage? For example, in my NBA 2k13 slider thread I would like to link the image at the top of my post to my Operation Sports slider thread so that when a user clicks on the image, it takes them directly to that webpage.

Is this possible?

Surround the img tags with url ones.
