Adding and removing mascots?

How does one add and remove a mascot from a stadium.
I tried to duplicate a team files that has one including...
team_###.iff - which appears to contain the mascot
s###.iff
f###.iff
I also (in Red MC) duplicated the Arena to be in the same row as the previous copied one... Still no luck.
Any advice, help and or etc?
