Home Court Bug in Finals

Has anyone been able to fix this? It's super annoying to play the whole season and then you get to the finals and then there is a bug that doesn't give you home court even though your team has the better records! How can 2k screw something up that is so simple!

Already discussed in the bug thread. There's nothing we can do about it; only 2K could fix it and they're certainly not releasing any more updates for NBA 2K13 at this juncture.
