[HELP] Jersey!!!

ive done all patches in jersey still the jersey in instant replay,before the game start,in jumpball.. still the jersey always looks like this.. anyone know to fix?

it has a black in numbers.. but in game nope.. in instant replay only and in player of the game.. is this known issue? pls tell me how to fix this.. thank you.
