open the Global.iff with the 2Kx Mod Tool
go here viewtopic.php?f=150&t=87986
press ctrl+f and search for sock
find all the numbers that have sock in their title
look at the texture in the mod tool, import, export, whatever you want.

They are so small that I don't even know how to put for example Nike logo on it. And why they are green?

yes they are small, nothing we can do about that
green ones are normal maps, you want to edit the ones that are all white.

use texmod.
