Texture mods

Are there any overall texture mods in the works for 2k13?? Or possible a program or something that will increase the games performance for "less than great" pc's?

Well there's always programs like game booster and such that can remove the unneeded lag and the programs u don't want to make your games lag more. It's just that it depends, i have a pc that was bought 6 years ago and i'm okay playing with only the players resolution set to low and everything else is on high.
