hex seriods not working

i wanted to the hex on seriods to modify some the lines colors for my mods, but i cant get it work on my system

i using win 8 64
i got going the first time, but ever since its fails to run.

the ? i have what could i use to makes the changes to lines, like the boundary lines, etc in its place.

hex editing manually, its just much much easier with HoS

try running as administrator
try running with compatibility for Win 7 or something else earlier
try reinstalling .NET framework

other than that, ?

will the netframe is allready in the system it uese ast it what comes with windows 8. noth to this point as workd, so ill half to wait or figure out another way to do this.

as anyone have this working i with win8pro x64

any idea how i deal with doing the color lines changeies.
