can someone help me with this tool? i cannot open it. i already installed java runtime x64 bit. please help

having the same problem. it was working quite well before i decided to downgrade my OS from win8 to win7.

solved the problem using 32bit java and updating my os back to win8. don't know which one really did the trick but regardless it was all good now.
