Getting rid of the "Leaning Layup Cheese"?

This problem has ravaged me, and probably everyone that plays 2K, since the very beginning we got NBA 2K13. It's almost unavoidable when you go up for a layup, everything seems well, and all of a sudden, a defender grazes you and it turns into an almost un-makeable, leaning layup that turns into a miss almost every single time. I'm just wondering if it is possible, to take it out of the game (It is an animation, so it should be possible). I know it's probably extremely advanced, but it is really unrealistic and it bugs the hell out of me to deal with when i go for a contact layup. Any help will be appreciated.
