Mason Plumlee Cyberface

Can someone please direct me to a working version of a Mason Plumlee cyberface patch? I have downloaded and installed egonasty's rookie update and unfortunately Plumlee still shows up without a head and white arms in game? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also tried lakers92's rookie CF's patch. Once again no luck. Maybe I am doing something wrong? All I do is drop the .iff's into this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K13. This is correct right? Is there anything else I need to do?

OK so I'm new to this. Anyway I have figured if I load the .FDC files I can see Plumlee and all other rookies fine. But if I just load my own rosters I cannot see these new CF patches. How do I 'merge' the rookie CF patches into my roster files so I can play with them. I don't play association mode I just play one off games. Is this possible?
