Cyberface Texture Problems

Could someone please explain why the hell my cyberfaces are doing this, It has never happened before until today. When I Import the texture and save it, it looks just like this (even if I don't edit the texture)

faces have to be saved in DXT5 and skin in DXT1. u can download a .dds plugin for photoshop. google it

I know this. I've been making cyberfaces for a while. I'm saying that this is the 1st time that has ever happened to me and its hard to figure out.
