I need help editing warmups!

I've imported the 97 jazz blue jersey, and all it has is the current warmups. I try to edit the current warmup with the 97 jazz colors on paint.net but it turns out transparent, all over the place, and sloppy! Is there a way to even edit the warmups at all?
