Trouble Installing NBA 2k Mod tool

I am trying to install the Nba 2k Mod Tool and every Time I click the " Nba2kXModTool.jar" File I get a pop up that says " A Java Exception has occured " I updated my Java so its new. And Every time it comes up with that exact same pop-up. Can Anyone please help me get through this please? Thanks in advance

I recently Discovered I had to Extract it to a folder I wanted it to go. Now it works lol Thanks for the tip though
