The real Create-A-Player limit

So, I was tinkering with my roster, creating players here and there, and somehow when I try to create another player, the game just crashes. I believe I've come across the real CAP limit. Apparently, given that all created players' types be turned into active players, the game only accounts for 199 created players, at least for the March 5 update. I admit, that's pretty anticlimatic, 'cause I for one would expect that number to be a multiple of 10. Hope this helps, peeps.
