settings roster problem wont load

ight when i start my game my settings and roster dont load by default i have to load them myself and there the only settings i have and only roster i have any advise? im thinking re installing game

also if i open my unlock all settings and change sliders save it close game open that settings again the sliders are there but i dnt have jerseys even tho it says on codes unlocked :/

As with post-patch NBA 2K12, the game always loads the default roster upon startup. Be very wary of reinstalling to correct any issues in general, as you'll likely need to get in touch with 2K Support regarding the resulting problems with your 2K account/CD key.

its the setting is main thing tho they dont load on startup either
