at first i repair my 2k13
and then my instant replay doesn't work properly in the game
so i re installed it the after that the message appears
and i could not open my nba 2k13 anymore

instant replay is glitched and requires the official patch from 2K that is not yet released
now that you reinstalled, you may need to contact support.2k.com to get help with getting it working again due to issues with reinstalling.
