Downloaded Superglobal but I can't install it to nba2k13 pc.

Hi everyone, Can anyone help me?? I downloaded a patch Superglobal but I can't install in my computer. The process in the download is in some language that I can't understand. I selected something that says copiar and then draged the file out of the box and went to run %oppdata% or something and selected from the nba2k13 folders and tried to paste it on the saves file, online data. I tried these process with all four folders that I saw and I see no deference. How do I install the patches that I find in the nlsc. I was able to install the update roster (official 2k13 roster update) with this process. But I tried to do this with the superglobal, It doesn't work in the game. Please anyone help me!!
