Problem need help

Some of my Black skin players have upper body that is black but their legs are white...I was told to use the editor under skin tone to change the color...editor is great for changing shoes and many other things but changing the skin tone doesn't work. when I go into the editor it has the right skin tone so half the body is correct but the lower half is wrong...anyone else have this problem?? How can I correct it? Thanks for your help.
