how to fix playcalling?

i Used NBA 2K13 Workarounds Tool v0.3.1.1 but i still don't see results. How to Fix It?

Enable Run Plays in Game Mode Settings.

I cant get it to work either, Yes I have run plays turned on in game settings.. When I run the workaround tool nothing works though, playvision has no effect and if I try scoreboard it says NBA2k13 is not running.. when it is.. Does it need to be in a certain directory? Does my game need to be in a certain directory? Any help or any other way I can turn on playvision for career?
