Association Roster/Draft Class

Association Roster/Draft Class

Are there any rosters out there with draft classes that are realistic. For realistic I mean young players with the highest potential rarely have potential above 75. I plan to play a 30-team association, but i'm not sure of what roster/dc combo to use.
