New Online Association beginning soon

I know everyone is sick of joining an association that goes to shit because of several possible reasons that range from they had a poor draft to losing games or just getting bored with it. I have a solution to keep everyone involved the whole season, even if they are losing. Ill explain the format to all of those interested, if there are more inquiries than teams, we'll. Have more than one draft. May have a money league in one and a free league in another. The money would be a small amount sent to a paypal account everyone can see before the draft. Ya, just let me know. I think weboth wanna achieve the same goal. The ultimate dream would be to have a player for every team in the association. Multi-seasons, redrafting the whole NBA, ect. Planning on starting two different associations, one involving small amounts of money (nothing crazy), just enough to keep people interested. The other will be paid in pride. We have around 10-12 players now. The draft is set for tomorrow, but can be changed as soon as we have enough players. We don't want guys that are gonna play 3 games and quit.
