Online Association Precifics

I recently started two online associations and I'm very familiar with other sports games, I.e. Tiger, Madden, ect. The questions I have are: 1. Chemistry- is it affected by trades, sharing the ball, whatever? 2. Player ratings- I noticed throughout the season players on other teams would get better or worse, what constitutes a positive rating? I averaged a triple double with three players after 20 games and their rating went down one, what gives? Please give me some knowledge because I love this game and don't wanna just shelf it. My main goal is to get a 20 user association going with a Lil cash involved to keep people interested, I don't care about the money, I just think it'd make people play more. Let me know if you have answers or interested in the association. Thank you

Chemistry is definitely affected by trades. Minimize them if you can. Just as in real life.

No clue on #2. Perhaps low shooting percentages, etc?


And I came to this board to start an online association. I'm in another, but not a lot of activity and the difficulty is too low. I'd love to get in.
