i want to change my dominate hand to right but the option is lock anyone knows how?

It's probably possible with one of the Trainers. Note that you may cause other problems with your MyCAREER game, errors with stats and the Twitter feed for example, so if it's really that much of a problem and you're not too far in you might just want to start over.
