New Dornas for Nets and Wizards

These two teams have mini-dornas like Heat does.

Although Heat dornas were already made by Sasha104 - http://www.moddingway.com/file/29327.html - these two are still needed.

This pack - http://nbasky.com/nba-2k13-all-30-nba-t ... ches-pack/ - isn't fully compatible (esp for teams mentioned in the title) but it can (and should) be used when making two requested here.
