Quick Question about Modding

I have been using mods here for years. I really appreciate all the hard work everyone does. In the past I would create more than 1 NBA 2K file, one for modding and the other to keep original. Last year there was a tool where I could keep all my mods in another file location and just load them in that tool before i would launch 2k to play. I can't remember the tool for the life of me and I am using a new computer so I don't have it installed on here. Can anyone point me to that tool so I can use it with 2K13 this year?
